Western Kansas starts just west of Ellis, KS. Don't talk about western Kansas when you don't live there. What about the people who leave here and move to Salina-is that okay with you?
KSU is a four year college. Where's the college in the 1st District that he was supposed to attend? The student body president is something you earn. It is not given to you.
